Took a quick trip to Bluebottle Coffee Company in San Francisco. This has to be my favorite roaster and retail operation. They've got such a good appreciation of coffee from the beans to the cup. Check out their Hario Vacpot system (I'll try to post the pic of the Kyoto style cold drip system soon). So many good things to say about these guys.
